Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.

Shipping Charges

1. Free shipping on orders above ₹2000
2. For orders below ₹2000, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns & Replacement Policy

Return Window

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Product received is incorrect
• Product has manufacturing defects

Return Conditions

• All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
